Looking for a little extra space to add to your backyard, garden, or lakeside property? The Aino Garden House might be just what you need.
With 155 square feet of space and a 12.5’ x 12.5’ footprint, this charming structure is crafted with 40mm thick tongue-and-groove Nordic Spruce walls for a durable, cozy feel. French doors and large windows fill the interior with beautiful natural light, making it a bright and inviting space in any setting.
Whether you're dreaming of a guest suite, a peaceful garden retreat, or a cabin by the lake, the Aino is ready to make it yours.
Specs
Important: this structure comes in a kit and assembly is required.
Your structure comes in a pre-fabricated kit, assembly is required. All of the wall boards, floor boards, roof boards, and hardware needed comes within your kit. Our structures come with instructions as well as an assembly guide video, but carpentry experience may be necessary or required in some assembly situations.

Structures
Our structures are manufactured and precision cut in Eastern Europe from Nordic Spruce wood.
Yes, your unit will come with 28mm roof boards as part of the kit, as well as a metal or shingle roofing package to protect your roof boards from the elements. We work with local building suppliers to provide a high quality product at the best price, that is custom ordered to fit your unit.
Metal roofing package contains a 29g Allclad Metal offered in a variety of colours. Other gauges are available upon request and are subject to additional costs.
Shingle roofing packages include asphalt duration shingles offered in a variety of colours.
Both packages offer long lasting durability to any wet or dry climate.
Your kit will come as raw untreated spruce. You will need to apply stain or paint to further protect the unit the elements and ensure the boards do not warp or rot.
Your unit comes with pressure treated 2" x 3" material to build it onto a concrete slab or other concrete foundation. The 2 x 3's alone are not sufficient support to build your structure on unless supported by a concrete slab. We do offer base material packages.
Ordering
We require the following initial payments on our units and material:
- All in-stock units require a 100% payment for the kit and all materials ordered.
- Units in transit or on order: 28mm or 40mm units require a 50% Initial Payment to secure a hold on the unit
- 70mm units require a 50% Initial Payment to be paid PRIOR to the unit being released into production at the factory
All units and material are required to be paid in full prior to leaving our property for pick-up or delivery.
We accept all major credit cards, interac, personal cheque, ETF, or money transfer through your bank. We do accept cash however we request you contact us prior about this method of payment.
