3 Bunkies on the Sunshine Coast
In June 2025, our team built a Two-Storey Bunkie, a Willow, and a Betty for a client on the Sunshine Coast.
Building on sloped terrain presents unique challenges, requiring careful site preparation and precise construction techniques. Our crew levelled and stabilized the foundations before assembling each structure from base to roof peak, ensuring structural integrity and longevity.
In addition to the bunkie assembly, we installed metal roofing and constructed custom-built decks, enhancing both functionality and outdoor living space. Despite the steep grade and logistical constraints, the project came together seamlessly in just 5 days.

Colorado Structure Build
This summer, we had the opportunity to help a client bring their art studio vision to life by assembling their Colorado structure.
We began by leveling the base to create a stable foundation for the build. As part of the installation, we added roof and floor insulation to improve the overall comfort of the space. For the floor insulation, we placed materials beneath the floorboards, creating a more stable and insulated surface.
For the roof, we carefully positioned insulation between the wooden roof boards and the metal roofing, using custom-designed metal Z bars and U channels to secure the layers. Additionally, we installed custom-ordered French doors to bring in natural light and add a personalized touch. The result is a bright, inviting studio designed to fuel creativity year-round.

Clara Structure Build
On central Vancouver Island, our team built a Clara structure from the ground up. We started by pouring and setting a concrete foundation, ensuring a solid base for construction. Once the foundation was in place, we assembled the structure and installed a durable metal roof.
Careful planning and efficient execution allowed us to complete the entire project in less than 5 days.
