Cowichan Tribes Project
PacRim + Echelon Creative worked together on a recent project with Cowichan Tribes to provide 6 fully finished cabins for supportive emergency housing.
These units were built to BC Building Code including spray foam insulation, electrical, vinyl flooring and drywall. The cabins were all constructed and finished at our property, and then transported to Cowichan Tribes for placement. Echelon Creative also provided full site servicing including foundations, servicing, and walkways as shown.

Qualicum Bay Resort & Campground
PacRim + Echelon Creative worked together on a recent project for Qualicum Bay Resort, providing four unique guest cabins to upgrade their existing tenting sites.
Echelon Creative offered site preparation services including concrete pads, crushed gravel and trenching for electrical, along with assembly.
PacRim provided the gorgeous cabins along with insulation materials and roofing, and finished the look with Cutek Extreme wood oil.
