Chemainus, British Columbia

The Wayward Tiny Cabin

This beautiful backyard oasis is nestled in the town of Chemainus close to all sorts of activities and things to see. Set up with a 104 square foot bunkie with sleeping loft and an accompanying unit that is used as a bathroom structure complete with AC, heat, toilet, and sink!

The clients added hydro and beautiful handmade light fixtures in their cabin, as well as hand burned their floor boards for the dark marbled look you see in the photos. PacRim worked with this client to help insulate the roof and the floor of their bunkie, sourced out metal roofing, provided assembly solutions for the build of their structures, and supplied their BETTY bathroom unit.

Westshore Urban Cabin

This amazing utilization of 104 square feet proves that anything is possible when you have a vision! This client purchased a Two-Storey Bunkie from PacRim in 2020 and added all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay including a full bathroom (toilet and waterfall shower), a kitchenette, dishwasher, television, and portable air conditioning to keep you the perfect temperature during your stay. This glorious tiny home is a testament to how much space and versatility the Two-Storey Bunkie can offer.

Glamping in Glenora

This location has two listings: Elderberry and The Old Maple.

Duncan, British Columbia

Elderberry

Located in the heart of the Cowichan Valley, the Elderberry Cabin is a true glamping experience! For this accommodation our client has used two of PacRim’s Nevada structures as bunk house accommodations and a Carol for a shower/toilet/sink combination. Our client also built a shared kitchen out of the surplus materials that they had left over from their kits and roofing packages! If you’re looking for a quiet, comfortable place to relax and recharge this is the Airbnb to choose!

The Old Maple

Located on the same property as the Elderberry but just up a small hill, the Old Maple is another accommodation that showcases the possibilities our structures hold! This AirBNB really showcases how much space 36 square feet actually is: PacRim provided this client with a Betty structure which they turned into a full 3 piece bathroom, complete with toilet, shower, sink, and hot water on demand!

Powell River, British Columbia

Santa's Summer Cottage

This peaceful cabin is steps away from a private beach in Powell River! Our client used a Mari B model with 140 square feet of space for the cozy bedroom accommodation and added a Betty structure for an outdoor washroom facility. Complete with a small fridge, propane stove, and a propane fire pit – this cabin isn’t called Santa’s Summer Cottage for no reason: at night you can flick a switch and you are in the middle of an enchanted Christmas forest!
