Community Projects

PacRim has had the pleasure of working with numerous communities and organizations on Vancouver Island to provide structures for a variety of projects such as campgrounds, supportive housing, emergency shelters, and others.

We are always looking for more opportunities to work within our community and encourage you to reach out to our team with your project idea.

Cowichan Tribes Project

PacRim + Ecklundson Construction worked together on a recent project with Cowichan Tribes to provide 6 fully finished cabins for supportive emergency housing.

These units were built to BC Building Code including spray foam insulation, electrical, vinyl flooring and drywall. The cabins were all constructed and finished at our property, and then transported to Cowichan Tribes for placement. Ecklundson Construction also provided full site servicing including foundations, servicing, and walkways as shown.

Qualicum Bay Resort & Campground

PacRim + Ecklundson Construction worked together on a recent project for Qualicum Bay Resort, providing 4 unique guest cabins to upgrade their tenting sites!

Ecklundson Construction offered site preparation services including concrete pads, crushed gravel and trenching for electrical, along with assembly.

PacRim provided the gorgeous cabins along with insulation materials and roofing, and finished the look with Cutek Extreme wood oil.

They turned out beautifully!
